1. Survey Email Invite - default invite template for this panel, used when inviting members to participate in a survey
  2. Congratulations Email - triggered email when a member lands on the Complete Landing Page (survey result page)
  3. Sorry - triggered email when a member lands on the Terminate or Quota Full Landing Page (survey result page)
  4. Survey Timed Out - Survey Time out reminder, after 30 minutes of inaction in the survey
  5. Money Released - triggered email once project is closed in life cycle and complete has been accepted
  6. Payment Processed Confirmation - Clicking 'mark as paid' in panel Financials or Member Management


These emails can be turned on or off depending on the Panel preferences

You can find the toggles in Panel > Overview, click on the Panel to expand it > Panel Emails and there are checkboxes for all the emails on this list, where if they are not selected, they will not be sent out.


Survey Email Invite:

When going into Project > Invite, and selecting the panel - the invitation will be pre-populated with the default found in the translation field "Survey Email Invite". You can overwrite this default at any time (by clicking Load/Save Mail Template) or just typing in new text into the Invitation Body field. The default is there to help save your project Managers some additional time.


Congratulations Email:
