These email interactions occur when members visit the Member Dashboard, or the Panel manager sends a Password Reset to the Panel member.

Email to Panel Member who requests a Password Reset
To send a Password Reset email, look for the member in the Panel > Edit Members. The Password will be generated automatically and sent to their inbox.
Alternatively a member can click Forgot Password? In the member dashboard to have the same email sent to them:

The Email Address Change Email:
Email to Panel Member who changes their Email in Member Dashboard
This email will get sent to the new email address the Panel member has entered. The default email looks similar to this:
