1. Password Reset - Email to Panel Member who requests a Password Reset
  2. Email Address Change - Email to Panel Member who changes their Email in Member Dashboard


These email interactions occur when members visit the Member Dashboard, or the Panel manager sends a Password Reset to the Panel member.

To send a Password Reset email, look for the member in the Panel > Edit Members. The Password will be generated automatically and sent to their inbox.

Alternatively a member can click Forgot Password? In the member dashboard to have the same email sent to them:

This email will get sent to the new email address the Panel member has entered. The default email looks similar to this:
