To create a new project you need to click on Project->Overview->New project.
The project wizard will be loaded and you should see this:
After filling all the fields you will go to the second stage which is assign manager:
The third stage is Quota Groups creation. (Quota groups are explained in this article)
The finish stage has only two options - Make a qualitative study project, or make a non-qualitative one.
After creating a project you can click on it and the project will expand. Here you can set up various things.
