Sample counter is a sophisticated tool used to create a selection of members using filters. When you click on “add selection” you will get to the page where you need to select panel and country of members you want to invite into the study. When you select the panel and the country you will be able to make a selection based on system filters or your panel filters.

Panel filters are related to the joiner. Every filter is mapped to the joiner question.

Important:

If you use any of these filters you have to click on the “Apply panel filters” button on the sample counter.

If you select more than one filter (E.G. Disease: Cancer and Year of diagnosis: 2020) system will search only for members where both conditions are met. (In this case for members with cancer and where the year of diagnosis is 2020).

How to filter single-select questions from joiner? (E.G. State)

Simply click on the checkbox next to the option you need.

Important:

Single select questions are combined with 'OR' because it is impossible to select multiple options in the joiner for this question. This means that system will find all members where either one option matches.

If you want to combine multiple options and find members where all those options match you will use 'AND' checkboxes.

If you want to combine multiple options and find members where either option matches, you will use 'OR' checkboxes.

How to use "Other" fields in filters?

Other fields are working the same as input fields. You select the type and then input text inside of the textbox.

How to export samples?
