What is the Supplier Module?

When working in Q1, your panel members are updated when they land on the Landing Pages for the specific project, which then triggers incentive payments and survey status updates. When working with external providers, they will also have their own set of Landing Pages that will be used to trigger similar processes, and will need you to redirect their members after they finish your survey, to the external landing pages depending on the supplier and project.

How Supplier Module works:

The Supplier Module is essentially a set of rules. If someone who is not from your panel comes into the survey, they should be redirected to a pre-defined URL based on the rule that you have set for that ID. This is applicable for those who are not part of your panel.

Example: If you create a rule where ID 100-199 should be redirected to Google once they complete the survey, a member with ID=177 will be redirected to google when they finish the survey, but ID=277 will see the default Q1 Landing pages because they are not part of this rule.

Note: Members who are not applicable to any rules will be shown the Default Q1 Landing Pages.

Redirect with IDs:

There are suppliers who will provide the IDs of the members they will invite, or will let you know what ranges they are using for their members. You can then use these IDs as the basis for the Supplier Rules- If this ID comes in, they should go to the applicable Supplier Landing pages.

ID Options for each Rule creation group include: Accept All IDs, Enter IDs, Input Range, or Generate Random IDs.

1. Accept All IDs- all members entering via the Supplier Link will be redirected to the Supplier Landing pages once members complete the survey .

2. Enter IDs- Only members who match these exact IDs will be redirected to the Supplier Landing Pages once members complete the survey.

3. Input Range- Add a numeric range, where members who's ID is part of this range will be redirected to the Supplier Landing Pages once members complete the survey.

4. Generate Random IDs- Input how many randomized IDs you want, and the system will create the IDs for you. Only these IDs will be redirected to the Supplier Landing Pages once members complete the survey.

Client Redirect Links:

When your Suppliers send the link to their panel members- they will need to use the generated link for the Supplier batch. This is because both the Entry point of the survey and the exit point (Landing Pages) are monitored by the Supplier Module. It will then match the member who entered the survey, with the member who landed on the landing pages, and will capture which supplier they belong to for exports and payments. The entry point it the survey link from Q1 or the client.

There are 3 different link types: Generic Link, Non ID Specific Unique Links, and ID Specific Unique Links.

1. Generic Link- This a single link that differentiates based on ID, but each member will essentially get an identical link.

2. Non ID Specific Unique Links- This is a list of Unique Links that have been provided to you, and each member entering the study must use one of these links. The links are on a first come, first serve basis.

3. ID Specific Unique Links- This is a list of Unique Links that have been provided to you, where each member that enters the study MUST have a specific pre-arranged link for them to enter. You will only have this option available if you choose Enter IDs as your ID rule.
