All personal data of a panel member who opted out gets removed from the system. The system only keeps the email address and hashes it, so it can no longer be looked up, but the system can prevent a new import of that email address. All encrypted and statistical data which cannot be linked to individuals like project and company statistics and survey answers stay in the system and can be accessed even after a panel member opted out.
