Please check with your client if the redirect links are implemented correctly in your clients’ survey system. When the survey isn’t hosted on the Q One Platform your client needs to implement the project specific redirect links into their survey in the exact format as it is on the projects overview page, landing pages tab. The redirect links (landing page URL’s) are not static and therefore different for each project. The redirect link MUST contain the URL additions and linked variables projectid, q, qresult and id. If clients remove any of this from the URL or modify any of the values, the redirect will no longer work correctly.
