First thing when supporting panel members with project and financial related questions is to find out the survey and financial history about a panel member. 


Search the panel member under ‘Edit Member’ and maximize the section ‘Assigned Surveys’. For financial questions you can expand the section ‘Recent Payments’ which is the exact same overview table as the member sees it on her/his dashboard under the tab ‘Financial History’. This will help you to support your panel members.


For any practical information with regards to your processes we recommend to create a frequently asked question section on your website and use the support website URL under company settings to direct to that page.
