The system has no place where panel members can themselves re-trigger the confirmation/opt in email. A person can be member of multiple panels of your company, In order to send the correct opt in email for the correct panel it would therefore be necessary to identify a person first.
If this happens more often, we recommend the following:
- Increase the amount of opt in reminders on panels.php
- Go into either Sample Filter and select those who have not confirmed yet after a certain period (panel member status & join date) and click on ‘Edit’ or go into Bulk edit Members and resend the confirmation email. This should be standard procedure for your panel management team in order to get the most value out of your panel.
