The system knows two forms of deletion:
- Soft delete: A panel member is deleted in the database and no longer available to you. All data is removed however it is possible to reimport this person into the panel as a new panel member. Under ‘ Edit Member’ this is called ‘Delete – Allow reimport’.
- Hard delete: A panel member is deleted and can’t be retrieved nor reimported with the same email address. This is triggered by a panel member leaving the panel and under ‘Edit Member’ it is called ‘Delete – Prevent reimport’. The panel member can however join your panel again via the panel join survey.
