Importing Contacts - general information

Mandatory headers/datapoints are name, email, country and language. Anything else isn't required.
However, if there's a need to create other headers/datapoints, it's possible to find them in the Excel database.

Importing Contacts: Single Select vs. Multiselect

When importing contacts into your panel, the process can vary depending on whether it's a single select or multiselect option. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate both options effectively:

Single Select Import:

When importing single select questions, the process is straightforward and simple. Here's a guide to help you import your contacts seamlessly:

Create a column to include the questions or options relevant to your contacts.

Each row represents an individual contact, with their corresponding answer in the same column.

Multiselect Import:

If chosen the option of multiselect questions, it's important to separate the information across different columns, enabling the system to recognize and process it accurately.

Create individual columns for each question or category that allows multiple choices.

Assign appropriate labels to these columns, reflecting the choices or categories available.

In each row, mark the corresponding column(s) with the appropriate choices made by the contact.

Below, you can see an example that explains these steps visually:
